How long does printing take? Every item is printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch.
What material do you use? We primarily use PLA and PETG filament — both durable, safe, and high quality. Custom material requests are welcome, just get in touch.
Can I request a custom design? Absolutely. Visit our Custom Orders page and tell us what you need. We'll come back to you within 24 hours to confirm details and pricing.
Do you ship outside Cyprus? Yes — we ship across the EU and worldwide. See our shipping page for rates and estimated delivery times.
What is your return policy? Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. All orders are sent via tracked courier.
Can I choose the colour of my print? Yes — available colours are shown on each product page as variants. For custom orders, just let us know your preferred colour when you enquire.
